- Products are inspected before order fulfillment/shipment to consumers.
- Merchandise must be returned unworn, undamaged, unwashed, with tags attached, and in the original box (for shoe purchases).
- R. Denise reserves the right not to accept returned merchandise if there are signs of wear, tear, or defects.
It is the customer's responsibility for shipping costs to return merchandise to the return address listed below.
