Q: Once my order is placed, how soon can I expect my item(s) to be shipped?

A: Once your order is placed, the item(s) will be shipped 24-48 hours later.

Q: Can I cancel my order?

A: If you wish to cancel your order, please email us immediately after your order is placed. Once the order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Q: If an item is out of stock, can I receive updates on when it will be available?

A: Of course, doll! Subscribe to our newsletter for updates on new items and item restocks. You can also email us if you have questions about any items on the website.

Q: What happens if I'm not satisfied with my purchase?
